Blake Lively wore Christian Louboutin Fifi leopard sequin pumps to the Jason Wu for Target launch party in NYC. These heels are from the Fall 2011 collection and have been spotted on Blake once before. The Fifi is available online in leopard, pink leopard & several other varieties at Barneys.
