Kristen Stewart in Christian Louboutin Pigalle Plato Pumps

Kristen Stewart wore Christian Louboutin Pigalle Plato pumps to the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards. These shoes feature a 120mm heel, small platform and black patent leather. Pigalle Plato is available online in nude at Saks Fifth Avenue and several colors at Christian Louboutin US.

After she accepted her award for Favorite Movie Actress, Kristen’s Spring 2013 midnight blue and black checkered short suit by OSMAN was completely slimed! Her hair was pulled back in a textured wavy fishtail braid and she also accessorized with a plated brass double band Caradona ring by Karen London.

Kristen Stewart wore Jimmy Choo Vibe peep-toe platform pumps to the 2013 Academy Awards. These shoes feature a sky-high 6″ heel, nude satin (pictured above in nude snakeskin) and open-toe. Here’s a look at her shoes right before she put them on to walk the carpet. Vibe is available online (on sale!) in nude patent leather at Bluefly and multicolored glitter at Saks Fifth Avenue.

She arrived on crutches after apparently cutting the bottom of her foot a couple days ago. I’m impressed that she even slipped into heels with that injury! Despite this small setback still looked beautiful wearing a Reem Acra Couture pale blush strapless hand beaded gown with pleated tulle inserts. Kristen also accessorized with a 19th Century Diamond Riviere Necklace by Fred Leighton.

Kristen Stewart wore Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps the premiere of ‘On The Road’ in NYC. These pumps are from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection featuring a bright paris rose patent leather & 120″mm heel. You can find the Pigalle online in this color covered in spikes from the same collection at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Christian Louboutin US.

Kristen’s shoe choice was spot on, the color worked so well with the orange appliqué. However, it’s unfortunate this beautiful Erdem dress was altered so drastically. Diane Kruger wore a similar sheer look this summer (she kept the skirt long), it was stunning and memorable.

Kristen Stewart wore Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps to the Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 4th Annual Governors Awards in LA. The Pigalle is currently available online in nude at Christian Louboutin US, black with a platform at Neiman Marcus and with a 4″ heel at Barneys & Saks Fifth Avenue.

She looked beautiful in this lace cap sleeve dress by Talbot Runhoff. The bodice features black lace over white lace embellished with sequins & pearls. I associate this brand with Lana Del Rey every since she wore the gorgeous red satin shoes from the Spring 2012 collection on the cover of Glamour Paris.

Kristen also accessorized with her two favorite bracelets, the Cartier Juste un Clou and Iwona Ludyga Tribe Beaded Flag bracelet.

Kristen Stewart wore Barbara Bui ankle-strap pumps for her appearance on ‘El Hormiguero’ in Madrid. These heels are from the Spring 2013 collection featuring a black & white print and a studded ankle-strap. This pump will be available at Barbara Bui in Beverly Hills & NYC.

She wore a dark grey top by Alternative Apparel and Rebecca Minkoff Alex shorts with black leather pockets. Kristen also accessorized with a Cartier Juste un Clou and Iwona Ludyga Tribe Beaded Flag bracelet, Scapular necklace by Francisca Botelho and silver watch.

Kristen Stewart wore Christian Louboutin Manon platform booties to ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ premiere in Berlin. The Manon booties are from the Fall 2012 collection featuring an open-toe and 12 small buckles. They’re available online in black & nude leather at Christian Louboutin US.

For the final premiere of the ‘Twilight’ series, Kristen chose a gold embellished gown by Elie Saab. Out of all the premieres, this was my least favorite look on Kristen. I’m also let down by her shoe choice and wish she wore a gold strappy wrap-up sandal.

Kristen Stewart wore Christian Louboutin black patent leather Pigalle pumps to the ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ London premiere. Here’s a photo of the red sole. Kristen looked beautiful in a black lace & sequin-embellished Zuhair Murad jumpsuit. I like it even more than her first Zuhair look at the LA premiere yesterday. She left her hair in loose natural curls and wore a pinky nude lip.

Kristen Stewart wore Jimmy Choo Vibe pumps to ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ premiere in LA. These shoes feature nude leather, open-toe, platform and 6″ heel (picture above is in watersnake). Unfortunately this style isn’t available online however you can find two similar designs, Kendall at Berdorf Goodman and Treacle at Jimmy Choo.

She wore a Zuhair Murad nude lace strapless gown complete with a corseted bustier and satin bow. Kristen accessorized her two favorite bracelets, the Cartier Juste un Clou and Iwona Ludyga Tribe Beaded Flag plus golden nails and a pink lip. She wore her hair in cascading curls flipped to one side.

Her shoes were hard to see under the gown however luckily, we found a great photo of someone holding them for her while she greeted her adoring fans. Kristen slipped them on to walk the black carpet.

You may remember she also wore the Vibe pumps in black patent leather to the LA premiere and in black suede to the London premiere last year.

These pumps are from the Fall 2012 collection featuring a pointed-toe, black patent leather and 4″ heel. They’re available online in red at MyTheresa, LuisaViaRoma, black at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Net-A-Porter and in red & nude at Christian Louboutin US.

She joined co-star Amy Adams on the red carpet wearing a Balenciaga Spring 2013 white cropped top with high-waisted black trousers. I quite liked her messy tresses pinned back to one side and she wore a fire brick red lip.
