Emma Stone wore Lanvin black gloss leather pumps to the 2012 Met Gala. These heels are from the Hiver 2011 collection and available online (all on sale) in deep red at Neiman Marcus and in dark gold & rust at Bergdorf Goodman. We saw her wear these pumps in black satin back in January too. Emma was one of my favorite looks of the night; her dress had over 3,000 flowers on it! Claire Danes wore Lanvin Opanca metallic platform sandals to the TIME 100 Gala honoring the 100 Most Influential People in The World. These sandals are from the Spring 2012 collection and available online at Lanvin. I really love Claire’s hair and shoe choice but doesn’t this dress look a size too big for her? Maybe she prefers this style because this Reed Krakoff dress also looked big on her. Emma Stone was the first celebrity to wear the Opanca sandals in January at the Golden Globes. This beautifully shaped metal stiletto steals all the spotlight. These pumps feature a mat, smooth leather in camel, leather sole and leather lining. I’ve consistently been in love with Lanvin’s metal stiletto pumps for several seasons. I’m still upset about failing to snag the fishnet pumps (I search weekly on Ebay) and these colorful python pumps sold out very quickly. There was also used metal used in the Fall 2011 shoes, remember the cut-out wedge?
