These pumps feature a colorblock patent leather upper, peep-toe and stacked double platform. On Ruthie’s blog, you can see her Spring 2012 inspiration board included 70′s chic, skin, and artificial reality. Jamie Chung debuted the Popsicle pump back in January and I really like how they look on the foot; the layers create one big colorful platform.
