These heels are from the Fall 2012 collection featuring a scalloped whipstitched trim, red suede, bow detail and skinny ankle-strap. Liv looked gorgeous wearing a Givenchy outfit including a satin blazer paired with wide leg flared shorts and a long-sleeve ruffled silk blouse. She coordinated the a bright red lip + these sandals just like Alexa Chung.
