London Fashion Week Spring 2014 Shoes

As expected, the shoes presented in London were cheery, playful and full of florals. The chunky platform is still very much alive and tromped down the runways complete with a tractor sole at Mary Katrantzou and ombré lucite heel at Erdem. Mules have also made a recent comeback (seen at Victoria Beckham during NYFW). The Christian Louboutin for Todd Lynn mules are sleek with a tapered platform and stacked heel.

I’ve featured several of my favorite collections and collaborations with Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Rupert Sanderson & Nicholas Kirkwood.

Nicholas Kirkwood also designed very cute bow t-strap pumps for Roksanda Ilincic.
– Here’s a close-up photo of the shoes Charlotte Olympia designed for Isa Arfen.
– Manolo Blahnik debuted his Spring/Summer collection with a five-minute short, you can see the collection at Vogue UK.

My favorites:
Rupert Sanderson‘s first collaboration with Antonio Berardi was a huge success. I love all of the designs but especially the rose gold & pink strappy sandal.
– The Manolo Blahnik scale-print cap-toe pump for Felder Felder is amazing, here’s a close-up photo.
– Check out the gold chain link stiletto seen at Tom Ford – and I’m not sure I would ever take these lace-up leather booties off my feet.
