Charlize Theron wore Jimmy Choo Ingrid sandals to the 2014 Met Gala celebrating “Charles James: Beyond Fashion” in NYC. Here’s a closer look at her shoes. This classic style is from the 24:7 collection featuring black glitter coated leather and 110mm heel. Ingrid is available in champagne silver at Saks Fifth Avenue.

As one of the Dior beauty ambassadors – since forever, I wasn’t surprised to see her wear a gown from their Fall 2014 Haute Couture Collection. She wore a fitted strapless white gown with navy & black silk satin panels and sweeping train.

Charlize is a classic beauty but I’m not crazy about the tuxedo jacket draped over her shoulders. She also accessorized with Fred Leighton jewelry including tassel ear cuffs and stack of diamond bracelets plus a white leather Dior clutch.

Diane Kruger wore Brian Atwood Karin sandals to the 2014 Met Gala celebrating “Charles James: Beyond Fashion” in NYC. This is one of Diane’s favorite red carpet shoes featuring blush satin, double platform and chunky, sky-high heel. Karin is available in black leather at Harrods or (on sale!) in printed canvas at The Outnet or colorblock ponyhair at FarFetch.

She made her way up the stairs holding onto her boyfriend Joshua Jackson’s arm wearing a whisper blue spaghetti strap Jason Wu for Hugo Boss gown with all-over tonal square sequin embroidery, pleated chiffon skirt panel, thin silk satin belt and square cut neckline.

Diane had one of the best updo’s of the night, it was styled in a center-part then pulled back in a “fanned out” wrapped chignon. She also accessorized with a marbled acrylic Jean box clutch by Edie Parker and Jaeger-LeCoultre Secret vintage diamond timepiece.

Anne Hathaway wore Gianvito Rossi Rebel pumps to the 2014 Met Gala celebrating “Charles James: Beyond Fashion” in NYC. These heels feature a metallic red patent leather, sleek pointed-toe and 110mm stiletto heel. Rebel is available at FarFetch.

It’s her first costume gala since switching stylists and she posed wearing red from head-to-toe. Anne selected a strapless crop top and high-waisted column skirt with a thigh-high center slit by Calvin Klein Collection. She looked fabulous and I love the fit – look at scoop cut details around each side of the bodice.

Adding another red hue to mix, Anne carried a Rauwolf Octagon faceted clutch in deep scarlet. She also finished her look with Vhernier Pan di Zucchero drop earrings.

Pigalle Plato is available in nude & black patent leather at Christian Louboutin.

I’m always excited to see Zoe’s dress choice as she’s one of my favorite red carpet stars but I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed. She arrived wearing a custom Michael Kors black cashmere halterneck bodysuit with a plunging v-neck and white taffeta sculpted skirt with a black lace overlay.

Zoe added jewelry by Jack Vartanian jewelry including a black diamond tennis braceletserpent bracelet, Glam Leopard cuff and Galeria wing earrings. She also carried a Michael Kors black python clutch.

Nicole Richie wore Christian Louboutin Pigalle Follies pumps to the 2014 Met Gala celebrating “Charles James: Beyond Fashion” in NYC. They’re from the Fall 2014 collection featuring glitter sirene leather and 120mm heel. I tried this style on recently; I love the fit and it’s the perfect hybrid of the Pigalle & So KateUntil this collection hits retail you can shop Spring ’14 styles at Christian Louboutin, Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus.

She posed wearing a Donna Karan Atelier custom-dyed graphic devoré velvet gown in sage with a low, asymmetric cut open back, semi-sheer silk panels, long sweeping train and the daintiest crisscross back straps.

Usually Carrie Underwood takes the title of “country princess” on the red carpet but tonight it was Taylor’s turn. She was another one of our best dressed wearing a custom Oscar de la Renta blush satin faced organza gown embroidered throughout with gold sequins, pearl beads and rose metallic leaves. Our favorite feature has to be that gorgeous cascading bow and train.

The hair & makeup, including her thick winged eyeliner and matte red lip further perfected Taylor’s look. She also accessorized with a pink diamond cocktail ring and pink diamond cluster earrings (worth $1 million!) by Lorraine Schwartz.
