Roger Vivier’s Spring 2012 collection is mix of bright jungle prints and geometric lines. The designs that catch my eye are the yellow Prismick t-strap and the muti-colored python Limelight pump. Denim is proving to be a popular texture this spring – it’s seen in several of the designs below and in Charlotte Olympia and Giuseppe Zanotti’s collection. Polka dot prints, braided raffia and cork are also used in several styles.

Gwyneth Paltrow wore Roger Vivier Spider satin sandals to the 2011 Emmy Awards. I wrote about these heels awhile ago on Red Carpet Fashion Awards. Blake Lively was spotted filming Gossip Girl in California wearing Roger Vivier perforated sandals. These heels are from Vivier’s Spring 2011 collection and match both Serena van der Woodsen & Blake’s style. Victoria Beckham attended the Royal Wedding wearing Christian Louboutin Daffodile platform pumps. It’s difficult to see from the photos exactly what color they are. It was reported that she wore custom made Louboutin heels & to me they look to be navy which match her dress. Victoria loves her Daffodile pumps but these are too clunky with her outfit. I wish she would have worn a heel that compliments her fabulous hat and works better with her whole look.

I love how Roger Vivier keeps reinventing the buckle pump. This season there are several fabulous remakes of his signature pump including this beautiful nude color. It would have been a classic yet extremely stylish choice for Victoria.

I love this heel! It features blue and purple colors which work so well with Victoria’s outfit. This is a fabulous statement heel & it also breaks up the navy color she is wearing from head-to-toe. There is the same rose print satin available in a pump version at MyTheresa.
Jimmy Choo Cosmic platform pump; available online at Nordstrom
The Cosmic pump is a safe but lovely heel for Victoria. It’s one of the most popular nude heels right now and has also been spotted on Julianne Hough.
