Christian Louboutin Kaleikita spiked sandals | 100mm/4″ heel | shop at Bergdorf Goodman.

We always look forward to Christian Louboutin’s spring collections – especially in a market stocked with enough staple pumps. They’re pure eye candy, kooky and continuously fun.

These Kaleikita sandals are no exception. They come with all the bells and whistles featuring heavy embellishment like baubles, spikes and studs. The color combo also hits the mark and we love varying geometric cut straps. Louboutin also added a magenta textured leather covered heel and crackled bronze leather laces.

We equally love the black suede & leather version (pictured below) combining gold & silver hardware.

Christian Louboutin Guni | 100mm/4″ heel | shop at Neiman Marcus and Barneys

This season’s ‘Day Dreamer’ Spring/Summer 2016 collection did not disappoint. We love this sexy staple “Guni” white pump amped up in signature M. Louboutin style – featuring a heel counter completely embellished with tonal leather covered spikes.

It stands out even more with the beautiful fishnet-effect lattice crochet overlaid on top of transparent nude mesh with glossy white patent leather detailing. It’s also stocked in brown marron glace at Neiman Marcus or black at Saks Fifth Avenue. Half sizes are available.

Anthony Vaccarello leather mule | 120mm heel | shop at Farfetch for $802.00

Throughout winter and into next spring we will see more & more of the slip-on mule. I love these super sexy sandals designed in collaboration with Stella Luna and spotted on Blake Lively & Gisele Bündchen. They feature black leather, large silver spike hardware, grommet accents, pointed-toe and thin straps.

They’re also available in a closed toe style or leather bootie with slim symmetric cutouts

Gwyneth Paltrow wore Christian Louboutin Geo pumps to the ‘Iron Man 3’ photo call held in Berlin. These heels are from the Fall 2013 collection featuring grey patent leather and pointed-toe with a black spiked cap-toe. I’m getting very excited about this fall/winter collection – I need these pumps & the ones Zoe Saldana recently wore in THR.

Until these babies arrive, you can shop Christian Louboutin’s current Spring 2013 collection at Christian LouboutinSaks Fifth AvenueNeiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.

She also wore a blouson bow-belt silk crepe dress by KaufmanFranco and moved the bow around to the back.

Gwyneth’s clearly in the lead to take the ‘shoe game’ award this year.

Marion Cotillard wore Christian Louboutin Fifi Spikes pumps to the 2013 Cesar Film Awards in Paris. These pumps are from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection featuring black leather covered with silver tone spikes. Fifi Spikes is available online at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, ShopSavannahs and Christian Louboutin US.

It seems she’s walking a red carpet every other week and unfortunately I’m not crazy about this Christian Dior Couture pink strapless gown. The bodice looks too big and this up-do belongs to Keira Knightley. She also accessorized with dark maroon nails and rose lip.

We’ve last seen the Fifi Spikes on Gemma Arterton.

Jada Pinkett Smith wore Christian Louboutin Lady Max spike embellished sandals to the ‘First Position’ premiere in LA. These sandals are from the Spring 2012 collection and available online at Christian Louboutin US , Net-A-Porter and Barneys. This a much improved look all around from Jada (remember her Kids Choice Awards outfit?) and it looks like she’s back on her shoe game. Rihanna and Elizabeth Banks have also worn these heels. Elizabeth Banks wore Christian Louboutin Lady Max spike embellished sandals to the premiere of “Man On A Ledge” in Hollywood. These sandals are from Louboutin’s latest Spring 2012 collection and available online at Christian Louboutin, Net-A-Porter & Barneys. Elizabeth is the first celebrity to debut this style on the red carpet and I love how she wore them. I feel like most celebrities would have just tried to pair them with skinny pants… Check out more recent celebrity shoe spotttings.
