Ellen Pompeo wore Alaïa laser-cut platform sandals to An Evening with Shondta Rhimes & Friends event in Hollywood. These heels are from the Spring 2012 collection and available online in red at Matches and in a similar style at Boutique1. Megan Fox wore an embellished Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture dress to a screening of “Friends With Kids” in NYC. She paired it with one of the heaviest pumps in her closet, the Yves Saint Laurent Tribtoo cap-toe pumps. Her shoe choice completely threw off the whole look for me; she needed a delicate sandal or pump.

We’ve seen these on Jennifer Aniston & I also recommended them to Kristen Bell. They’re from the Spring 2011 collection & I’m attached to them on many levels; it’s hard to find a delicate, soft, blush colored sandal.
Jerome C. Rousseau satin Aizza pump; available online in black glitter at Farfetch and in silver glitter at Otte.
The satin Aizza is the only pump I would pair with Megan’s dress. We’ve seen the satin version on Julia Stiles and recently in glitter on Emmy Rossum.

Did anyone else’s heart stop when they saw these? This new bootie is so gorgeous; the lines, grommets, studs – ah! Browns calls this color light grey but they look more creamy/light beige to me.

Miley Cyrus wore tan Alaïa stitched leather cut-out sandals to the 1st annual American Giving Awards. These heels are available online in white at Yoox. I wouldn’t have chosen these sandals however I’m happy they don’t distract from her Jenny Packham dress. Her outfit is not surprising, she’s worn both these brands many times before. Isn’t this stunning?! These boots just came at Boutique1. They feature golden zips and flattened studs, round toe and a beautiful zipper on the back. Net-A-Porter carries the grey version but I much prefer the black suede.
