I came across a street style photo this week of someone wearing Charlotte Olympia’s Zena boots outside the shows (NY or London I think). It’s had me thinking about lattice…again. Several designers have used this technique with their own style this season. I especially love the Ralph Lauren Collection Jebria heels which feature a military-inspired cage silhouette with hand-pieced gold tone chain links. You can’t talk about latticework in footwear without mentioning Sergio Rossi; the crystal-embellished scalloped design is their signature.
