Where I shop for designer shoes:
Neiman Marcus is the holiest of shoe grails! They always have a free shipping, free returns and crazy good end-of-season sales. Plus, they’re the only retailer (and their sister company Bergdorf Goodman) to carry Tom Ford shoes. They also currently have a made-to-order Manolo Blahnik BB boutique.
Saks Fifth Avenue offers free shipping on orders of $150 or more with the code: OCTSFA They also offer multiple sales throughout the year including a friends & family sale going on now until October 20.
I love Barneys curated shoe selection, it’s less “frou frou” and more wearable. They also have an impressive stock of Gianvito Rossi who’s having quite the moment right now. And if you’re looking for a deal, check out their online Warehouse.
LuisaViaRoma is a lovely boutique in Florence, Italy. Italians know shoes and LVR stocks some styles you can’t find anywhere else online. I suggest looking at their shoes by designer; it’s an easier way to browse through them all. At the top click Shoes -> View All -> Designer.
Farfetch has a couple really great things going for it. They’re basically an online store for smaller boutiques located all over the globe. I’ve also been able to find styles (this goes for bags & clothes too) less expensive compared to other retailers.
Shopbop carries more casual daywear shoes but recently they’ve been expanding their designer selection. I love this store and they carry my go-to clothing brands. They also offer free international shipping and currently have a refer-a-friend program where you earn $25 for every new customer.
Shoescribe launched last year and was developed by the geniuses at Yoox (one of my favs!). It’s only shoes, lots & lots of shoes…the only unfortunate thing is that I’m a half size & they carry whole sizes only. They also offer free shipping on orders over $300.
Yoox stocks older collections which means you can find styles you might have missed! Sometimes even seasons later I can’t forget about a specific shoe that I still want and I’ve found it there (plus, it’s discounted!). They only offer free standard shipping via UPS.
The Outnet is another great place to find a style you may have missed and they’re usually discounted by at least 50%. The only downside is that this stuff sells quick.
Moda Operandi first launched an exclusive pre-ordering service which allows you to purchase your favorite looks right off the runway. They’ve now also started an ongoing boutique section filled with hot shoes.
Zappos has a couture section which carries lots of designer brands. I’ve been able to find my size available here when they’re already sold out at other retailers. They also offer free shipping on all domestic orders & free returns.
Forward by Elyse Walker is a speciality boutique carrying a diverse selection of both casual and dressy designer shoes. They also have a great blog showcasing upcoming designs & collections.
Montaigne Market is a lovely Parisian boutique carrying an impressive selection of Alaïa, Gianvito Rossi & more. It’s a very popular store and styles sell quick.
Avenue 32 is smaller luxury boutique based in the UK. They popped up on my radar last year when I found out they carry a great selection of Jerome C. Rousseau shoes and several of my other favorite designers. Their stock is super playful & colorful
My Wardrobe knows a good shoe when they see one. Each season they keep adding up-and-coming designers and often stock my favorite stand-out styles. They also have a loyalty program with extra benefits.
Stylebop is luxury fashion boutique with a giant selection, fast shipping & delivery. They also have various sales throughout the season plus a ‘last piece’ & ‘further reductions’ section.
Matches is a luxury store based in London which carries exclusive designs from your favorite British designers (Vivienne Westwood, Charlotte Olympia & more). They’re also offering free shipping to the US right now with the code USAFREE. I’ve snagged several items from their end-of-season sales and side note, they have an impressive packaging presentation.
Shop more shoes at these designer’s e-boutiques: Jimmy Choo, Casadei, Sophia Webster, Rupert Sanderson, Nicholas Kirkwood, Charlotte Olympia, Brian Atwood, Giuseppe Zanotti, Christian Louboutin, Stuart Weitzman, Sergio Rossi, Tabitha Simmon, Bionda Castana, Jerome C. Rousseau, Gio Diev & Liam Fahy.
