I’ve been very impressed with the shipping from MyTheresa. The heels I ordered came from France and arrived to me in Florida within 3 days! Endless also delivers very fast (US). Zappos launched a designer shoe heaven subsite called “Zappos Couture”. They offer free shipping on all domestic orders & free return shipping (no international shipping available).

Bluefly carries some designers and styles that aren’t available on any other web site.

MyTheresa has really good international distribution and shoes from designers all over the world. They carry designers like: Nicholas Kirkwood, Brian Atwood, Miu Miu
LuisaViaRoma carries the some of the hottest heels.

Shopbop tends to carry more casual day wear heels. Shopbop offers free international shipping.

YOOX carries end-of-season heels & shoes. This means you can find some of the coveted heels on discount that you weren’t able to purchase when they were in other retailers. They offer free stand shipping.

Net-A-Porter is the mega retailer for designer everything. They carry exclusive styles & colors and offer a huge selection. The downside to this is that they some of the styles sell out very quickly.

FarFetch compiles heels available from small boutiques around the world
My favorite brands FarFetch carries: Manolo Blahnik, Valentino, Azzedine Alaïa
Boutique1 is a fabulous site that is based in the Middle East carrying select designer brands. They have the best selection I’ve seen anywhere online for Elie Saab heels.

The Corner is also run by the Yoox group. This sites carries a ton of shoes & sizes.

Long before ShoeRazzi existed I was studying in Paris and happened to be there during Colette’s end-of-season sale. It was very similar to the scene from Confessions of a Shopaholic & for good reason – they truly carry amazing heels.
