Fergie wore Walter Steiger Prestance double platform sandals to the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. These heels are from the Spring 2012 collection and available online in green at Barneys NYC. I love her dress!!! One could argue that there is no point in wearing such interestingly shaped sandals with a dress this long, but then again, perhaps she follows the philosophy of wearing awesome shoes IN THE EVENT that they will be photographed (however likely or unlikely that is).
It’s just a great idea for all accessories to look perfect, even if the audience can’t see them.
I think the dress is very Fergie but in an understated way. I know one might ask how a see through dress could be understated, but compared to some of the other get up’s we’ve seen her in, it is! She looks “put together” & the shoes are beautiful. Shame you couldn’t see them though.
