Manolo Blahnik still has it. There are a couple of pieces from the Spring 2011 collection I’m in love with. There are also signature Manolo designs & styles that aren’t for my age. I know Manolo despises platforms & I can respect his opinion because he makes amazing shoes. My favorite is the cutout bold pink lace up sandal & I’m putting it on my wish list ( I plan on sharing it soon).

I’ve never wanted to write him off…now I haven’t. I love a lot of these.
With every new line Manolo Blahnik will increase his production and will hopefully increase his number of consumers by showcasing a variety of shoe styles. If his styles do not please many consumers they’ll likely substitute his line for another. To avoid that the line would have showcase a wide variety of shoes. In order to remain efficient the line would have to increase in workers and produce faster.
