Sergio Rossi’s Spring 2012 Collection is tropical,vibrant and sexy. After looking at the spring campaign it’s obvious this collection was inspired by female physique and nature. It’s filled floral designs, colorblocking, and crystal embellishment. One of the standout designs, the Chloris, was inspired by the South-Pacific island breezes and in Greek mythology means the goddess of flowers or spring. We’ve already seen Jessica Alba wear the Milady pump several times, Ginnifer Goodwin in the crystal embellished Song platform and Amanda Seyfried wear the Milady pink satin pump.
Giuseppe Zanotti’s Spring 2012 collection is diverse, gigantic and amazing. In the video below Giuseppe describes his collection as energetic with strong colors, featuring suede, patent leather, fabrics and disproportionate elements such as very high platforms.
Simply put, Pierre Hardy has one of the top Spring 2012 collections. The two major standouts are the teal & tan striped platform sandal & the muti-colored canvas wedge (available on pre-order at LuisaViaRoma). This wedge was also featured on my Top 10 list. Leighton Meester, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman & Katie Holmes are all fans of his shoes and I know he will pick up even more red carpet love this spring.
